Re:EFB identification.

Agree with you.

My point is that Commercial beekeepers one would think be able to see 
and react to brood in a state of ill health as exhibited by the symptoms 
  of EFB. Definite ID would need proving in a lab.

One symptom that I consider EFB give-away in the field is the appearance 
of visible tracheal pathways on the infected larva.
