ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Da Vinci Science Center began as a site for JASON under the auspices of
Lehigh University. We dropped it well before I came on board, I believe
because of high costs. It's designed to be a school curriculum, so it
is hard to implement in the single visit environment of most informal ed
institutions. Ballard's group has a new product, designed with science
centers in mind, called Immersion. We have been looking into it, but
have not made the commitment yet. I believe it requires Internet 2 or a
satellite link.
