Unfortunately, I am in NY on the other side from Canandaigua.  Can 
you describe the feral hive in more detail:

- approx. size of entrance hole
- approx. tree diameter at the entrance
- approx. entrance height from the ground
- type of tree

I assume the tree is to be unharmed in the hive removal?
