In West Virginia we have a wild leek called a ramp that pops up out of
the snow at the first sign of spring. They're delicious (and pungent),
and considered a spring tonic around these parts. When I saw the
subject line, and the mountains of snow outside, I just knew you were
talking about THAT kind of rampy fun!
