Kim mentioned Moodle. We've been using it extensively here at ASTC for our
online learning area, ASTC Connect, and also in our partnership with the
Astronomical Society of the Pacific, which is using it for online workshops
and forums. There are lots of useful features for people working in groups,
although other software is probably more useful for project management. We'd
be happy to share our experiences.
