Hi Jackie

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory's Dolan DNA Learning Center (DNALC)
(www.dnalc.org) did have a van like this and in the UK, the University
of Reading's National Centre for Biotechnology Education (NCBE) also
take out a van of biotech experiments etc.

In my view, these two places were the pioneers in biotech education, so
I'm sure it would be worth contacting them.

The Craig Venter Institute does do a mobile biotech lab in the US as
well:
