Good morning.  

I wish I was asking for a polar bear, but no.  We are reworking our teen
policies and are seeking input from other programs.  If you have specific
guidelines on training, expectations for behavior and dealing with
questionable areas - like reporting abusive behaviors, suspected health
issues, etc. I would appreciate it if you could share.
