ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

A week ago I attended an amateur astronomy science meeting, and videoed
about a hour or more. It was pretty much an instantaneous or impromptu
request to do so on my part. I told the board of directors that I would
like to show it on our local community public access TV. They agreed,
but I thought I'd like to do more than just pump out a video. In fact,
I'd like to make it look a bit like a promotional DVD for the
organization. To that end, I would like to add some fitting music. Not
much. Maybe 2-3 minutes for the lead in. Maybe something like The
Planets. However, I do not want to get hung up on copyrighted material.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a short piece that might be freely
usable? Of course, if credits are required on the video, I'd be happy
to provide them. Although I'd probably prefer music, a song is fine if
it's related to astronomy.
