Thanks, Peter. You reminded me that the fall honey I take off and do not
leave for the bees is actually the best honey I harvest. It does
granulate in a month or so, but is a good dark honey with exceptional
flavor, so both the bees and I benefit.
Plus, I never have to feed my bees, the best of all worlds.
