Hi, Karen! Saw your posting on the ASTC listserv. Just wanted to let you
know that, while I'm not in the market for a full-time position, I am
absolutely interested in contract-based web-related projects. If you find yourself
in need of content as you're seeking, hiring and training a new person -- I
hope you'll keep me in mind.
Just a little about my experience: I've done web writing for clients
including NSF (interactives, online science content and activities, etc.),
Scholastic (I developed this one, though didn't do the programming:
_http://www.scholastic.com/magicschoolbus/games/space/index.asp_
(http://www.scholastic.com/magicschoolbus/games/space/index.asp) ), and various consumer health
organizations. I am also now the About.com Guide to Autism Spectrum Disorders
(_www.autism.about.com_ (http://www.autism.about.com) ), where I produce a great deal of
content in addition to a daily blog.
If you're interested in seeing more, you can always peruse my online
portfolio: _www.lisarudy.com_ (http://www.lisarudy.com) !
Thanks so much,
Lisa Rudy
