If you have already completed the ACRA Salary Survey for 2006, thank you for 
taking the time to help us learn more about our industry.  If you haven’t, 
please considering taking the survey this week. The survey will be available 
until Saturday August 18th. Your input is deeply appreciated.  
Just as a reminder, the survey will ask for detailed information about your 
organization.  Therefore, the survey should be completed by someone from your 
organization who has an understanding of its finances and has access to 
information about salaries and benefits.  To prepare you for the survey, we have 
created a check list of requested information.   
The information requested will include, but is not limited to: 
·        General information about your organization, such as location, type 
of business, services offered, etc. 
·        General financial information 
o       Gross annual sales 
o       Overhead as a percentage of labor 
o       Charge for nominal fee or profit margin 
o       Number of employees 
o       Etc. 
·        Benefits 
o       Days paid time off for all types of staff 
o       Health care insurance coverage 
o       Premiums paid by organization (if any) 
·        Salary and Compensation Information 
o       Average hourly salary or wages to individual employees by category
