We get a lot of our craft materials from School Specialty:
http://www.schoolspecialty.com/

We get a number of science materials from Educational Innovations:
http://www.teachersource.com

Ed. Innov. materials are more along the lines of science experiments and
activities, rather than basic materials like test tubes, petri dishes, and
the like

Hugely popular from Ed. Innov. are the UV-sensitive beads (color change in
UV light). You can get them in small packs or in packages of 3,000. I
have even known Ed. Innov. to provide us with bags of 20,000 beads - I
don't know if they can still do that...it was a few years ago. We just
did an offsite event (Dia del Nino) where we gave away 15 UV beads per
each child who came to our activity table. 18,000 beads (given to 1200
kids) were gone in 3 hours, along with flyers in English and in Spanish
that explained some science experiments you can do with the beads.
Everyone needs a UV bead bracelet!! :>)
