I have discovered that our Ulmo honey is a relative to tasmanian
Leatherwood. Both are Eucriptias, our is cordiflora, tasmanian is lucida.
Goldish color when fresh, liquid just harvest White ligth green to yellow
when cristalice. Ours is buttery cream, aromatic very sweat taste honey.
Late harvest. Flowers are white petals, yellow pistils.
