Yes, and the colder the quicker.  Yes, they would adhere to clothing to some
extent.  It could be a potential health hazard, although Radetzki found that
residues on frames were barely at the limit of detection.  It's unlikely
that you'd be poisoned by the vapor--unless you cough yourself to death!  If
you inhale any, you'd know it.  I'm neutral on vaporization--I'm just
reporting.
