I'm afraid you will have to re-phrase that before I can understand it,
let alone answer it.

The problem with using outbreeding extensively, is that you can gain
'uniformity' at the expense of quality.
The bee breeder should be aiming at high standards as well as uniform
behaviour, not just perpetuating mediocre standards because of
consistency and the ease of achieving it.
There is always a need for selection of the good and destruction of the
bad, otherwise you end up with 'junk', maybe that junk is consistent,
but it is still junk.
