Beehive ovens are found in Basque sheep camps, Southwest Spanish and Pueblo
Native American villages. Both are still found, but most of the Basque ovens
are old and a novelty. You see them in Pueblo villages through New Mexico and
Arizona. They first heated a fire inside, then raked out the coals and put in
the bread, then sealed it for periods of time.
