I just checked and had no problem using Windows Media Player although
I DID have to log in, something I've not had to do before if I remember
correctly. I chose to listen to some clips from the not-yet-released
new recording of Barber's 'Vanessa,' and am SO excited that we're going
to have a new recording of this wonderful opera. Nothing will ever
replace the original Mitropoulos/Met recording with Eleanor Steber,
Rosalind Elias and Nicolai Gedda, but it is beginning to show its age.
