ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************

If you are attending the upcoming ASTC conference in Louisville, KY, we
would like to invite you to attend an interest group on “Building A Network
Between Civil Engineers and Science Museums." The National Science
Foundation is funding the development of a network to promote the exchange
of information between the field of civil engineering and science and
technology museums. This is an opportunity for the museum community to
provide input and direction for this developing project, and to learn more
about how civil engineering has an impact on everyday life. Please look for
our meeting scheduled for Monday, Oct. 30th at 7:30 am in the Pimlico Room
at the Hyatt Regency hotel (this is after the change to daylight savings
time on Sunday, so it won’t really feel that early.) Along with ideas,
we’re offering breakfast and a drawing for a prize. Hope you can join us.
