In follow up to collaborations between American and Russian researchers 
in 2004-2006 in Siberia, Alaska, and California, the Third International 
Conference on Russian America has been scheduled for Irkutsk, Russia, in 
August 2007.  Information on JSARGRA and the upcoming conference has 
been posted at:

We hope that some of you can participate in this long overdue conference 
in followup to those held in Sitka in 1979 and 1987.  Please forward the 
link to any others who may have an interest, and check back periodically 
for updates.

There have been a few issues with the web link not working in e-mails,
