Hi Eric,
I've used various types of overhead projectors years ago in
exhibitions to let kids project moire patterns, for example.
However, there is a tradeoff between having to use timers, extra
cooling fans for unit heat, and ultimately, bulb life.
Given those concerns, is there any reason for you not to use a video
camera + projection setup? Any ambient light issues related to
overhead projection would be similar to those with video projection.
