ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The Franklin Institute seeks an experienced museum professional with a
college degree in science and/or science education. The Museum Programs
Manager serves to develop excellent and appropriate science education
experiences for visitors and training for all museum program staff ensuring
that all science program content provide a high caliber visitor experience.
This position works closely with the Director of Museum Programs,
department managers and coordinators and serves on museum and departmental
committees as assigned. Enforces standards for program excellence. Provides
on-going evaluation and coaching to staff to support the philosophy of
inquiry-based learning. Trains Museum Program Coordinators to implement
staff training and provides on-going support and evaluation of staff
