We are looking for an off-the-shelf image management solution for all of
our photos & other images, and I was wondering what other folks are
using. Of course it has to be simple enough for any staff member to
browse, easy for the graphics staff to maintain, powerful enough to
organize hundreds of thousands of images without bogging down, flexible
enough to customize on the run, network-friendly and not too expensive.
So far we're considering Iview, Portfolio, and FotoStation. If you have
an image catalog what are you using, and how well is it working for
you? I'd appreciate any feedback, words of wisdom, or cautionary tales.
