Actually, the List did that in about November 1997 or so. My favorite,
for mostly non-musical reasons, is the Star Spangled Banner. On a purely
musical basis, my first runner-up is Canada's. My absolute favorite is
that of a country that, thankfully, doesn't exist anymore: the Soviet
Union. "Soyuz nerushimyy, Respublik bogatykh...." Thrilling!
