For Jake (and any others): Greenwood and Associates excavated a site with
several early- to mid-century restaurants and lunch counters, yielding an
abundance of the typical ceramics. One unique type is a compartmented plate with
"dimples," two small round depressions on the brim, as if to hold
condiments. These have not been reported elsewhere.
