Unfortunately, the answer to both questions is no. The same is true of the
Okku Kamu recording of the Sixth (on CBS) and the Comissiona recording of
the Ninth (on Phillips). All three are superior to the versions available
on cpo, although the Segrrstam recording of the Eighth (coupled with the
Tenth) on BIS is a very good one if you're interested.
