When Rita arrives and??? (Maureen Lipman) says "Wouldn't you just *die*
without Mahler?" (I clearly recall nodding in agreement when I first saw
this, in 1983 in Leominster Mass), the finale (IIRC) of the 6th is playing.

We see the famous yellow label revolving when her attemnpted suicide is
discovered, which means - assuming it's still the 6th - that it must have
been either the Abbado or Karajan, and I have heard it's the former.
