Jane, depending on what you are trying to show, the rheoscopic fluid
made by Kalliroscope might work. This is the stuff you see in exhibits
like Ned Kahn's fluvial orb. When moving, it reveals turbulence
patterns, eddies, and other flow patterns in great detail, and can be
sealed between two sheets of glass (in fact, is almost always used that
