ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
How exactly do science centers deliver current science research or
applications to the public? I am currently researching how science centers
of different sizes and locations deliver current science information. I am
interested in learning about all models that are currently being used in the
field.
My questions include: Is your institution is using exhibits, carts,
workshops, demonstrations, handouts or trained staff to deliver current
science? Do your endeavors focus on off-site outreach programs, on-site
programs or both? Do you partner with universities, government agencies or
corporations to fill these needs? What resources are tapped within your
institution to make the program happen?
Thank you in advance for sending me any information or leads that you have!
