Your local gas supplier should be able to do provide this information to
you - it's in their interest to be able to sell the stuff to you.
Although your local rules may be slightly different, I'd bet the Caltech
safety precautions listed here are close to what you need to do -
http://www.safety.caltech.edu/manuals/hydrogen.pdf - just sensible stuff
for a flammable gas, like store away from ignition sources, and standard
pressure tank safety, like store in a rack or a gas cabinet and make
sure you have the right regulator for the tank.
