ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I have a program committee that reports to our board of directors. At the
current time, this committee pretty much just hears about the programs and
exhibits we are planning and rubber stamps them. The committee meets
quarterly right before board meetings. There is always some discussion that
somewhat impacts the direction of programs, but not significantly.
Do any of you have a similar committee? Are you satisfied with the way it
functions? I would really like for this committee to be as useful and
purposeful as possible, so any insights and tips would be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks,
Martha
