The  question that occurs to me is Why?  One of the essential features of a  
TBH is that it costs virtually nothing and the majority of users have very  
little money and other priorities for spending it.  The wax, too can be  an 
important part of the crop.  So a radial extractor for TBHs is likely  to have a 
very limited market.  A honey press that could also be used to  press other 
things, eg oil bearing seeds or cheese curd or fruit for juice  would be far more 
useful.
