I have another problem. It seems that there are 2 commonly used numbering
schemes for Haydn's Keyboard Sonatas.

One goes from 1-47, and is used in the New Grove's, and on a new EMI CD I
have. I don't know whether EMI is constistent in this practice.

The other, apparently from the "Christa Landon Edition", numbers them 1-62.
This scheme is used by R.E.D., Da Capo Catalogue, and on a new Hungaroton
CD.

Does anyone:

a) have an idea as to which scheme is more commonly accepted; and/or
b) prefer one scheme over another?

Thanks *par usual*
Bob K.
