As with nearly all industrial chemicals, zero exposure is the safest bet.

Read you msds sheets for chems and compounds you use daily. You might be surprised how harmful everyday chems can be. Most of them are hazmat orm-d rated, which means they are hazmats, but used far too much by consumers to be regulated making the products too expensive. There is a reason for the warnings on nearly every product you buy for your household.
