Well, that is the single most depressing thing I've heard in days. I mostly
see them under my screened bottom board, or walking around on top of the
inner cover. So far they haven't really been a problem though I did lose a
nuc to SHB this summer due to dwindling bee numbers- they couldn't keep
them under control. My SHB arrived in nucs from down south and in some
hives that I picked up from a migratory beekeeper.
I take it Bill that you did not directly import your SHB?
