You can ask an outsider to design your room but first you need to ask 
all the users what they need and what they like to would change in 
the spaces you have.
This wilgive a designer something to go by and get the bids . Our 
architects wanted to put in a fancy design in sheet linoleum on the floor
  Labor to do that was extreemly expensive and we prefered having 
linoleum squares because we use the grid for different activities wiht the kids
