ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

You might check out the Interpreters Training Manual for Museums, my
Mary Kay Cunningham (AAM: 2004). It is oriented more to art museums
than science museum interpretation, but covers a lot of basic points
for any volunteer coordinator developing a course of training for new
volunteers who will be working directly with visitors.
