No it was in the Dutchess County, NY (only) county park, Bowdoin Park
once a summer residence of J.P. Morgan and ferry to Marlboro, NY
across the Hudson River. It was in the way of the the last Federally
funded sewer project the Tri-Municipal (which fell apart into two then
one municipality as the funding stopped and the government took a more
aggressive role, and corruption was found too). On the east bank of
the Hudson River it had what was thought to be a 1/4 acre cemetery
that was actually was 1/2 acre+ as one informant said she repeatedly
told the authorities about for six years prior to its disturbance by
heavy equipment in the trade off of county land for clean water
compliance. Just down the road from a Tibetan retreat house.
