I know I'm going to regret this, but also see http://tinyurl.com/9here and
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Offline-Browsers/

Let me know what works for you, but please do not just use tools like this
indiscriminately to use up vast amounts of server time to copy material you
may not use.
