While the Library of VIrginia is not exactly convenient for you (they
are who I use), I would suggest you try interlibrary loan. The folks
here have been able to locate just about anything I've ever wanted.
There are times when I wonder about the lending library (some of the
books/manuscripts I've borrowed belonged in the rare books section...).
