Hi Melisa,
CRCG excavated a rounhouse in Lakehurst, NJ. An article on the excavation appears in Northeast Historical Archaeology (1999) vol. 28. I also believed that the late Ed Rutsch excavated a few roundhouses. His reports are probably on file at the NJHPO.
Best,
Rich Veit

Dear Meli,
I excavated a roundhouse in the 1980s in Old Saybrook, CT. Here is
the reference:
Historical Archaeology at Saybrook Point, Connecticut: Excavation and
Interpretation at an Archaeological and Historical Park. Northeast
Historical Archaeology 20: 71-90, 1991.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Harold Juli
