Adela,

Speaking as someone who has prepared entire exhibits for county fairs, I
know the biggest mistake people make is to write entire paragraphs as text. No
one reads more than three lines of text, especially if it takes more than ten
seconds to scan. The most effective exhibits have stories told with
photographs or line drawings and brief simple captions. Believe me when I say people
will have to get your entire message in a single glance with a poster board.
Once you caught them, then table materials can be stacked alongside for take
home reading.
