I know this isn't the answer you are looking for; as far as I know, there's
no overlay that would work.  Elo makes some top notch units.  The one above
uses IR, so you're not reliant on touching the screen. Very expensive, but
its always a trade off - longevity vs. cost vs. ease of maintenance.
