Anyone who drank Vernor's is okay by me, Dave. I grew up in Detroit and to
this day it is the only ginger ale that I care to drink. Luckily there is
one store in Lincoln that imports the brew (which is no longer made in
Detroit, sadly enough, as is also the case with that other Motor City
Mainstay, Stroh's Bohemian Beer).

Just got back from DC and some NPS NHL staff meetings. A joyouos time was
had by all....

cork liners of bottle caps. You took the cork liner out and
then affixed the bottle cap to your lapel(blouse or shirt)
and then pushed the cork liner back into the bottle cap from
the underside of the lapel.That would keep them on as a badge
of Royal Crown Cola, or Vernor's Ginger Ale etc.   dgo
