I might have to differ ... Been using one of those this summer, and I
thought I noticed more strain in my forearm. I was starting to think that the
abscence of "slip" between wood grip and hand, ie., the fact that the rubber grip
was essentially locked into your hand, transferred excess strain and stress
back into your wrist and arm, rather that creating a safety "slip" of the handle
when troweling through dried outs silts and clays. Just a preliminary
observation.
