Of course if you expect ever to want to use the item for illustrations, determine precise measurements, or verify other aspects not obtainable from the e-Bay description or j-peg(s), you may often have to purchase the item.

Also, many e-Bay sellers are not knowledgable about what they are selling,so their information has to be accepted with caution.
