You're right, I'm sorry for my dopyness. In July the Senate of Berlin
decided a complete stop of the BSO's subsidization as of summer 2004.
By the way, on Oct 26 there's a sympathy concert for the BSO with 120
musicians from all eight Berlin-based orchestras. (Berlioz: Fantastic
Symphony, Harold In Italy; cond: Lior Shambadal, BSO's Chief conductor.
Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt, 15.00)
