I am in the beginning stages of developing a logic model that will be used
to evaluate an intensive teen volunteer training program.  The program
involves 40 hours of professional development centered around the delivery
of an interactive cart.
 
I am interested in collecting information on tools that have been used to
evaluate teens on customer service, presentation, interpretation, skills as
well as their science content knowledge.  If you have experience in this
area I would love to hear what types of tools worked, didn't work, and the
lessons you learned in the process.
