ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

well. It was a grassroots program that started a few years ago at
NOAO. GLOBE and NOAO are the major partners on the version of the
program which started last year.
