Apologies for cross-postings

The MARVEL project (Museums Actively Researching Visitor Experiences and
Learning) is exploring the ways museums manage the development of their
exhibition programs and the views of staff about learning and education.
These will be matched against the learning outcomes for visitors,
specifically adolescents. This innovative study is being conducted by a
team of Australian researchers led by Dr Janette Griffin, University of
Technology, Sydney; with partners Australian Museum, Sydney; Museum
Victoria, Melbourne; Sovereign Hill Museums Association, Ballarat; and
the National Museum of Australia, Canberra.

We are seeking a broad range of museum professionals from all over the
world to participate in our online survey to gather views about
learning, visitor experiences and exhibition processes across a wide
variety of organisations and countries. We would be delighted if you
would complete the survey at this link Survey
<http://www.abovethesand.com/s/quest_run.php?i__i=jfECl9> . Your
response will be completely anonymous. Results will be reported in mid
2006 and will be made widely available, with preliminary results to be
presented at the 2006 AAM conference, Boston.
