Stephen Jay Gould's NOMA article deserves better than this. It was 
published five years before his untimely death in 2002. He was one of the 
foremost communicators of evolutionary science, a non-religious agnostic, 
and his essays and books relentlessly attack boundary-crossing creationist 
misinformation.
